Please Note: Coco's Private Suite is an exclusive venue that is only ever private hire.
and is a purpose designed room for private functions only.
It never opens to the public and is best suited to children 5yrs and under to a maximum
of 25 guests.
(we can squeeze in more if necessary and if older children prefer this room we have no
maximum age limit).
A high standard environment to relax with your friends, family and children, Coco's Private Suite is completely self contained. It has a large two level play frame, dance floor, themed party area, outside decked area and state of the art led lighting system, sound and pa.
This room is not as vast as Coco's which helps to provide a warm intimate atmosphere if your party is smaller in numbers.
Weekend Private Parties
Weekend Parties run at the following times:
The basic price is £160.00 - this price includes exclusive use of Coco's Private Suite and the first 16 children with everything detailed in the party package. Additional guests above 16 are priced at £7.00 per head. Additional children not invited to the party, for example brothers and sisters, are welcome but will be charged a £3.00 entry fee to play for the two hour party duration.
Mid-Week Private Parties
The basic price is £150.00 - this price includes exclusive use of Coco's Private Suite and the first 15 children with everything detailed in the party package. Additional guests above 15 are priced at £7.00 per head. Additional children not invited to the party, for example brothers and sisters, are welcome but will be charged a £3.00 entry fee to play for the two hour party duration.
Start your party whenever you like between 4 and 6 - for example 4.30 til 6.30.
The price is £150, which includes 15 children and everything detailed in the party package below. Additional guests above 15 are charged at £7 per head
Party Package
Menu:Ham Sandwich, Jam Heart Sandwich, Mini Sausage Roll, Cocktail Sausages, Cheese Chunks, Skips, Hula Hoops. Cadbury's Chocolate Fingers and Animal Biscuits, Crispy Cake, Mini Fairy Cake, Carrot and Celery, Grapes followed by Ice Cream and accompanied by Jugs of Orange and Blackcurrant Juice.
The Birthday Child receives a special balloon showing their age.
Sweet filled Party Bags are not included in the party package but are available to purchase at £1.00 each.
Coco’s is licensed to serve alcoholic beverages during private hire parties and a range of adult food is also available upon request.
